“I was interested in trying archery and was recommended by a local Facebook page to go here. I was a little self conscious about walking in with no clue so I emailed the store explaining my interest and that I had no idea where to start and was replied with an incredibly welcoming email suggesting to come to the shop - so I did.

It's clear right away that Len knows his stuff and is appreciated by his customers. The store is plastered in signed pictures, thank you letters, and media content clippings commending Len and Macrotech for their work and help (even big names like US Speaker Paul Ryan). Len spent over two hours answering all my tedious questions, explaining gear choices and recommendations, and even set up a bow to let me fire one for the first time.

In the short time I was there, I learned fast that Len is a no frills, no B.S. kind of guy and when you're looking for professional advice/help, that attitude is what you want. I picked a bow, Len set it up, watched me shoot, tweaked some things, watched some more. Two hours later I walked out with my first bow and am thrilled to get out and shoot it more. I may be brand new and not know much about archery, but I do know and appreciate exceptional customer service. Thanks Len.”
